To the average American, the nation of Haiti conjures images of social unrest and poverty, a place that is often reduced to a sad story about the struggles of a developing nation. While we cannot ignore the hardships that our Haitian friends face as a result of political instability, we challenge our fellow Americans to see the nation of Haiti as we do – a place of unique beauty, hospitality, diversity, and resilience.
To do this we:
- Host fundraising events annually, such as our Golf Scramble, 5K, and Benefit Dinner
- Engage community members through events at our workplaces or churches
